Consent to Personal Data Processing

An individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Subject”), by submitting a Request for Consultation regarding services on the websites erfis.ru, erfis-ip.com, as well as by registering in the Personal Account, hereby gives this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”).

Acting voluntarily, of their own free will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, the Data Subject hereby consents to the processing of their personal data by ERFIS LLC (INN 7804564715, registered address: 13-687 Butlerova Street, Saint Petersburg, 195256, Russia; hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) under the following terms:

1. Scope of Personal Data

This Consent applies to the processing of the following personal data:

• surname, first name, and patronymic (if applicable);
• phone number;
• email address.

2. Definition of Data Processing

Processing of personal data by the Controller includes any action or combination of actions performed with or without the use of automation tools, including but not limited to: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, and destruction of personal data.

Processing is carried out in both automated and non-automated ways.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

The Data Subject gives consent for the processing of their personal data for the following purposes:

• identification of the Data Subject;
• communication with the Data Subject, including the delivery of notices, requests, and information related to the Controller’s services, as well as handling inquiries and applications from the Data Subject;
• conclusion and performance of service agreements with the Controller.

4. Rights of the Data Subject

The Data Subject has the right to request the blocking or deletion of their personal data if such data is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

This Consent may be withdrawn by the Data Subject or their authorized representative by submitting a written request to the Controller or by sending an email to: info@erfis.ru.

5. Data Transfer to Third Parties

The Data Subject consents to the transfer of their personal data by the Controller to third parties, where necessary for the provision of services to the Data Subject or for the performance of any similar agreement between the Data Subject and the Controller.

6. Data Security

The Controller undertakes to implement necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the Data Subject’s personal data against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination, as well as against other unlawful actions by third parties.

7. Validity of Consent

This Consent is granted for an indefinite period. However, the Data Subject may withdraw this Consent at any time by sending a written notice to the address: 13-687 Butlerova Street, Saint Petersburg, 195256, Russia, addressed to ERFIS LLC, marked “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing.”

Deletion of personal data shall be performed by the Controller within 20 business days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice.

8. Legal Grounds for Continued Processing

In case of withdrawal of this Consent by the Data Subject or their representative, the Controller may continue to process the personal data without the Data Subject’s consent, provided that there are legal grounds as set forth in paragraphs 2–11 of part 1 of Article 6 and part 2 of Article 10 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.

In the event of any discrepancies between this translation and the original Russian version, the Russian-language document shall prevail.
